Regular Meeting
I. CALL TO ORDER
Richard Miller, Chairman, called the regular meeting of the Conservation Commission/Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Agency to order at timeMinute30Hour197:30 p.m. in the Main Meeting Room of the Simsbury Town Offices. The following members were present: Margery Winters, John Yocom, Andrew Bucknam and Alternate Thomas Sharpless, Also in attendance were Howard Beach, Conservation/Inland Wetlands Officer, Brian R. Smith, Robinson & Cole, LLP, and other interested parties.
II. APPOINTMENT OF ALTERNATES
Chairman Miller appointed Commissioner Sharpless to serve for Commissioner Mihalic.

A Commissioner moved to approve the Minutes of dateYear2006Day18Month7July 18, 2006 as presented. The motion was seconded by another Commissioner and passed unanimously.

IV. EXECUTIVE SESSION TO DISCUSS MEADOWOOD LITIGATION
Commissioner Bucknam moved to adjourn to executive session at timeMinute35Hour197:35 p.m. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Winters and passed unanimously.
