The Board of Assessment Appeals can act on appeals of assessments on the October 1, 2008 grand list, including real estate, personal property and motor vehicles; and on the 2007 motor vehicle supplement. The appeal petition must be filed in the assessor's office no later than Friday, February 20, 2009.
